roots

Born in Belgium, we are privileged to have the famous cobblestones and bergs just around the corner. We have kermesse races and the spring classics passing by at our doorstep. We took this for granted because we didn’t know any better; it was only when we started travelling that we realized how big the Belgian cycling scene actually is. Inspired by our travels, we felt this Belgian cycling scene was missing out on 1 thing: the trend of combining a bike workshop with a café, and by doing so bringing together a community of likeminded cyclists.

Bicycle Bar & Workshop

In 2013, we both quit our corporate jobs to pursue our dream of running a cycling café and workshop. The first 2 years, we designed a cycling kit to promote our shop and cater to our cycling club members. Through social media, we managed to reach a bigger audience looking for ‘out of the ordinary’ cycling apparel. As soon as we opened our web shop, in addition to our local store, international orders for our cycling kit started growing. The positive feedback we received on our designs inspired us to create a collection of cycling apparel and casual wear for cyclists with a focus on quality and performance.

Community

Since the day we opened, passionate cyclists started telling others about this bike shop & café they discovered during a coffee ride. We hear stories of solitaire cyclists wearing the same Peloton de Paris cycling kit, starting a conversation at traffic lights and cycling onwards together. We are proud and happy to have such a vibrant local community, cheering us on with every step Peloton de Paris takes. That is why we’d love to see where you take your Peloton de Paris apparel. From the cobblestone sections around Roubaix, the hills of Adelaide, the switchback climbs in Taiwan or the mythical climbs in the Alps:

Share your cycling story with us via @pelotondeparis or #pelotondeparis and become an active member of our cyclists community.

Production

Peloton de Paris is a Belgian based cycling brand that combines high quality cycling apparel and casual wear with great designs. We work together with the best in the cycling apparel industry worldwide to translate our designs to a finished product. When creating our designs and during the selection of our products, we think of cycling as a lifestyle, not just as a hobby or a pass time. This way, we are able to create products for people as passionate about cycling like ourselves.
