Peloton de Paris has come a long way since 2013 and we’ve quickly matured into two fast-growing companies under one roof. On the one hand, a cycling café that grew into an international bike-apparel brand. On the other hand, a bike repair shop that evolved into a custom road and gravel bike builder and seller.

To ensure that both companies can continue to grow to new heights and unlock even greater value for our customers and community, we have decided to officially separate the apparel business from the bike business.

Wendy Jannsens, co-founder of PdP, and Stijn De Groef, partner and investor, will continue to accelerate the growth of PdP as the primary owners. We are also pleased to announce that we will be moving out of our current location in January and expanding our business with a new flagship store located at Bruul 106 in Mechelen, Belgium, which will open in Spring 2022. While we put the finishing touches on the new location, you will be able to visit us in our temporary pop-up store, also in Mechelen, at Geitestraat 6 starting in early January.

As of December 31, 2021, Vincent van Parijs, co-founder of PdP, will be leaving the business to focus his passions on custom bicycles under a new name, Secteur Pavé, which will open in early 2022 at Hoogstraat 49 in Mechelen, Belgium.

Everyone who purchased a bike at PdP is welcome to visit Secteur Pavé, whether you need your bike repaired, have a warranty issue or just want a new bike for the stable. To find out more, visit their website at

It has already been an amazing journey and, as we all know, the best vistas come after the hardest climbs. Vincent, Wendy and Stijn are thrilled about the road ahead and we hope to see you all at both Peloton de Paris for a flat white and all your bike apparel needs and at Secteur Pavé for a quick repair and your new custom bike.
