In the middle of this worldwide pandemic, Peloton de Paris is not escaping the dance. Our business operations have been impacted by the government measurements. They are highly necessary, but also altering the way we run our day to day business here, having to request our staff to stay at home.
Amidst all this, we will focus on the online part of the business we have built up in the past 6 years, and we will do everything in our power to get through this. We are already dreaming of the day we can welcome you back at our store on your first #coffeeride after the crisis.
We need to stay positive, and keep pushing forward in the next weeks or maybe even months.
Let's point out some of the steps we are taking to improve your online shopping experience during the next 2 months:
1. Free shipping rates until May 31st:
Belgium and the Netherlands: free shipping (instead of from 50 EUR)
EU, UK and USA: Free shipping from 50 EUR (instead of from 100 EUR)
Rest of the world: Free shipping from 120 EUR (instead of from 200 EUR)
Due to the exceptional circumstances, we are changing the 30 day return deadline to a 60 day deadline, and this for orders placed until May 31st.
Because there is currently no permanence from 9am to 6pm at our headquarters, and we cannot guarantee that your return package will be received properly, you can also return it after May 31st.

4. We are still able to ship all your orders.
If you are hesitant to shop online, because you worry your package will not arrive, we can assure you that so far, postal services and express carriers are still fully operational. Our co-founders have taken all operational tasks back in their hands, so we might experience some delay in getting your packages ready, but we are doing our utmost best to ship your orders within the 48 hours after you've placed your order.

Please be adviced that we might experience delays in our customer service department. We do not have telephone permanence.
