    Dear customers,

    In the middle of this worldwide pandemic, Peloton de Paris is not escaping the dance. Our business operations have been impacted by the government measurements. They are highly necessary, but also altering the way we run our day to day business here, having to request part of our staff to stay at home.

    Amidst all this, we will focus on the online part of the business we have built up in the past 6 years, and we will do everything in our power to get through this. We are already dreaming of the day we can welcome you back at our store on your first #coffeeride after the crisis. 

    We need to stay positive, and keep pushing forward in the next weeks or maybe even months.

    Let's point out some of the steps we are taking to improve your online shopping experience during the next month:

    1. Extended returns period
    Due to the exceptional circumstances, we are changing the 30 day return deadline to a 60 day deadline, and this for orders placed until November 30th.

    2. In store pick-up + Free coffee
    To stay in touch with our community we still offer in store pick-ups on Wednesday and Saturday between 9.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. Choose 'PICK-UP @ Flagship store' in the check-out and you can pick up your order the next Wednesday or Saturday in our store and enjoy a take-away coffee. A good alternative for your weekly #coffeeride.

    3. Available discount codes
    - Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount code (non-cumulative)
    - Use code 'BUNDLE10' and receive 10% off when combining any bib shorts, jersey and sock (non cumulative)
    - Get 15% off when buying 3 pair of any socks. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout (non cumulative)

    4. We are still able to ship all your orders
    If you are hesitant to shop online, because you worry your package will not arrive, we can assure you that, postal services and express carriers are still fully operational. Our co-founders have taken all operational tasks back in their hands, so we might experience some delay in getting your packages ready, but we are doing our outmost best to ship your orders within 48 hours after you've placed your order.

    Our customer service department is still fully operational. We will respond to any enquiry as quickly as possible.
