In the middle of this worldwide pandemic, Peloton de Paris is not escaping the dance. Our business operations have been impacted by the government measurements. They are highly necessary, but also altering the way we run our day to day business here, having to request part of our staff to stay at home.

We need to stay positive, and keep pushing forward in the next weeks or maybe even months.

Let's point out some of the steps we are taking to improve your online shopping experience during the next month, focused on our BELGIAN customers affected by a THIRD LOCKDOWN:

1. Extended returns period
Due to the exceptional circumstances, we are changing the 30 day return deadline to a 60 day deadline, and this for orders placed until the end of this 3rd lockdown.

2. Personal shopping on appointment at our store in Mechelen

We're happy to announce that we can still welcome you in our store in Mechelen, on appointment! Book your time-slot in our agenda by clicking this link:




You can come and shop with 2 people, given that you live under the same roof. We request to limit your shopping to 30 minutes. You can schedule your appointment up to 5 minutes before entering our store (so that we have the opportunity to disinfect between customers).

3. Available discount codes
- Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount code (non-cumulative)
- Use code 'BUNDLE10' and receive 10% off when combining any bib shorts, jersey and sock (non cumulative)
- Get 15% off when buying 3 pair of any socks. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout (non cumulative)

4. We are still able to ship all your orders on time.
If you are hesitant to shop online, because you worry your package will not arrive, we can assure you that, postal services and express carriers are still fully operational. We are doing our best to ship your orders within 48 hours after you've placed your order.
