We strive to ship your order within 48 hours after payment. We’re a small, local business, therefore we can’t process orders during weekends. But don’t worry, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday and will be out for delivery soon after that.

Depending on where you live and the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped differently.

For orders in the EU we will send your parcel with bpost. You can have the parcel delivered at your house or work address. It is unfortunately not possible to collect your order in our Flagship store in Mechelen, Belgium.

Europe and the rest of the world:
DHL Express will take care of the delivery of our parcels in Europe and the rest of the world.



Our parcels are shipped from our own warehouse in Belgium and delivered worldwide, except when shipping rates are extremely high or delivery with postal services is uncertain or difficult. Depending on your order value and your shipping address this results in the following shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

No additional taxes or fees will be charged within the EU. For all other orders, local import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country. Those charges will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. You can find various online tools to estimate the extra fees you will need to pay upon reception of your parcel. For Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Spain you can create a free return label in our RETURN PORTAL. If your return meets the return conditions, no fees will be deducted from your refund amount and you will get a full refund.

From all other countries

Our returns service is unfortunately currently not active in your country. We are working to resolve this, but for now this is how you can return your purchase:

  1. Fill out the return slip and add it to your package.
  2. Return the parcel at your own cost with a courier of your choice.
