In order to make a warranty claim, please contact us at email@example.com. Send us a photo of the damaged product together with a detailed description of what caused the defect.
You will need to send (or bring) back your item to:

Make sure to send your item back in a washed, dry and clean state. Otherwise we won’t be able to accept your return. Returned items that show any signs of wear and tear or incorrect use will be rejected as a legit warranty claim.
We will inspect the item upon reception and will then decide if the defect is covered by warranty or not. If your item falls under warranty we will first try to repair it. Should that not be possible we will send you a replacement. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an equivalent.
If your product does not fall under warranty, it will be returned in its present state. In some cases the item can be repaired for a fee. We will first contact you, before we have your product repaired.
Please note that this process might take up to four weeks.
